Kim Diehl is one of those quilters that I am completely in love with. Okay, I've never actually met her, so maybe it would be more appropriate to say that I am in love with her work. So when I got a gift card for Mother's Day, I ordered her new book immediately! I already have all of her other books and they are so amazing!
It came the other day in the mail. I may have done a little happy dance. Or squealed a bit. Just a bit.
But look at this!
And this!
And this!
I don't know where to start?
I think my copy of this great new book will arrive in my mailbox tomorrow - can hardly wait! Oh, and I HAVE met Kim - and visited her home in Pocatello, Idaho. Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYou won't be disappointed in the book, I promise! I am jealous of your visit to Kim's home, that must have been really special. I can't imagine being in the midst of all of that creativity!
ReplyDeleteI'm completely in awe over her designs too. I have post-its on almost every page of her books. They are such eye candy. I gotta get this one.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not alone with the post-it problem! haha
ReplyDeleteOh, and I went with the perle cotton for the snowman arms and they turned out cute. I worked on section three of Comfort and Joy today and love how it's coming together.
