Round Robin Finish!

So happy to have this little cutie finished! The final reveal was at guild on Thursday, and since my Horizon is still in the hospital, I needed to keep myself busy with a project that could be completed on my small travel machine. I started with just the star block.

Then Kathy added the super cute love letters border and corner blocks. Patsy added the impressively paper pieced red and white border. And Ruth added the checkerboard border with novelty fabric that has Peanuts characters and musical notes.

So what do you use for a backing on a quilt that has 30's, novelties, civil war repros, and mini prints? Polka dots of course!

Now go take a peek at all the other projects over HERE, you're sure to be inspired!

  2. Looks great! I think my favorite part, besides the paper pieced border, is the white and black music note print in the ninepatch border. It just adds a little unexpected pop to have the black in there!

    1. Thanks! I love that each border reminds me of the person who worked on it! Their personalities all together in one quilt is just so fun in my opinion.
