Comfort and Joy, part 5

It's that time of month again for the COMFORT AND JOY block reveal! This month is the sweet little stocking block. I really enjoyed making this block and love the way it turned out. If you want to see what the others have done with their blocks go check out the complete list at Cottons 'n Woolens. Anne does a terrific job of keeping us all up to date and organized each month...thanks Anne!

* * Please Note ** I just found out last month that I was supposed to be adding wool to each block! Apparently that was part of the original plan and I totally missed that detail, good grief! I really would have loved to have the wool in this project but it just didn't occur to me at the time and now I sure wish I had paid better attention to the instructions. Never the less, I am loving this quilt and this fun group of quilters. I am just thankful they haven't kicked me out for being so clueless.

  1. Diane, there aren't any rules for this quilt. I think originally Karen I discussed using wool for the applique, but it's certainly not "required". I'm loving your blocks just the way they are!

I love to hear what you have to say, sadly, the spam has gotten ridiculous, so I will be approving comments from now on. I apologize for any inconvenience and I truly appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thanks for visiting and have a great day!
