(those quilts are all straight and square, I just can't take a decent photo!)
I made up another set of samples of my Tiny Tumbler Trio. They are going to Minnesota! I haven't ever been to Minnesota, but my quilts get to go. That's okay though, because Rosebud's Cottage in White Bear Lake has a big booth at the Minnesota State Fair every year, and the owner asked if she could sell some of my patterns. So after I picked my jaw up off the floor, and came back to my senses, I quickly agreed to send not only patterns with templates, but samples as well. So while I may be jealous that my quilts get to go have some fun at the fair, I am more than happy to stay home and wait patiently for them. If you happen to be at the fair, check out the booth and say hi to my quilts for me!
*I changed up the flag a little by adding a wool star applique (instead of cotton) and I must say I love it!
Congrats! Your quilts are very sweet. I'm sure they'll behave without you being there with them.:)
ReplyDeleteThey're allowed to have a little fun...but I am jealous, I would love to be going as well!
ReplyDeleteThe samples look cute. I am wondering if you have made one up in "Amish" colours? Congrats on having your patterns travelling so far!
ReplyDeleteHmm, hadn't thought of that! Now that starts me thinking of all sorts of things...30's? Holidays? Oh, I think you've opened a can of worms!!!! :)
