I've been doing a little crochet lately. It's good for hospital waiting rooms, doctor visits, carpool line, etc. It also relieves stress! I can crochet a hat or scarf like nobody's business, so I thought I would try a pair of socks. I mean, how hard could it be?
This is the result. So I think I will stick to quilting.
But I will still pull out the yarn because she has so much fun with it!
Enjoy every stitch!

To cute!!! What do you mean you have to stick to quilting? I love those socks!!! Although, I have to admit, yarn for little kitties is also fun and therefore very important.... (Mom of 4 kitties knows these things ;-)
ReplyDeleteBut still, love the socks!
You are very kind Bianca, but the socks do not match in size, shape, length or width! I'm glad that it's not obvious in the photo, but they are quite "deformed". hahaha
DeleteTotally worth it though, just to see how much fun the kitty had!
I like the socks too. My feet are always freezing and I bet these would fix that problem. Your kitty is just adorable - and yarn is always such great entertainment!
ReplyDeleteThank you! It's amazing how much the whole family (dogs included) have fallen in love with the kitty in the short time we've had her!
DeleteI have been trying to do a little croceting lately, I tried a couple of hats. My cat loves the yarn too and I seem to be happier with my sewing projects also.
ReplyDeleteI think my kitty likes yarn more than I do, I know she burns more calories playing with it than I do!
