10 Minute Tip

This week's tip is one that I try to stay up to date on, but if you are just starting, you could get lots done in 10 minutes. What am I suggesting this week? Do you get all those little return address labels in the mail? You know, the ones that are asking for a donation, or representing some good cause, and they send you 5000 pre-printed return address labels to show you their sincerity? Well, I get them a couple times a year. Sometimes they have my husband's name on them, but that's fine with me. I take them and head straight to my quilting room. I put one little return address label on the inside cover of each of my quilting books (in case I ever loan them out, or leave them somewhere by accident) and I put a label on all my rotary cutters, rulers, cutting mats, or anything that I take with me to retreats or sewing days. It allows them to be returned when I leave them behind, or lets me know which one is mine if several are on the same table.

Oh, and you know what else those little stickers are good for? Keep a pile of them in your purse, and then when you buy raffle tickets, you can just pop one of those on the ticket stub instead of trying to write all your information on that itty bitty piece of paper! Now, go grab them and do it now...or you'll forget!

That's all for this week's earth shattering bits of wisdom. Sorry, but I'm on so many allergy meds, it's the best I could come up with!

Enjoy every stitch!
Diane
