This is not a new book but it's new to me! I have wanted this book for ages and just never seemed to pick it up for some reason. But recently it was on 40% off sale at Hobby Lobby, so I decided that must be a sign from the universe that it was time for me to bring it home!
I've wanted to make this quilt since it was featured in the magazine years ago!
I've also wanted to make this quilt since I first saw it in the magazine.
Isn't this nice? Good step by step instructions with color photographs!
For a visual person like me, this just makes me so happy.
I have a feeling this is going to be one of those "old favorites" before long.
Do you have a quilting book that you go back to time and time again?
I would love to hear which book (or books) it is. If you would leave a comment, I would most appreciate it!
Thanks so much,
Enjoy every stitch!
Diane
I recently bought this book too. That feathered star sure is appealing! I think there's also a pine burr quilt in there that I quite like.
ReplyDeleteThey are all added to the queue!
I love the 'Collaborative Quilting' books by Gwen Marston and Freddy Moran. So fascinating to me. Also, I have one book by Sue Spargo that makes me drool every time I look through it.:)
