Tiny Tumbler Journal Cover

I've had these strips of tiny tumblers pieced for a while now. I just didn't know what I wanted to do with them for sure. I have quite a few small quilts made out of them. I know I want to make a tote bag eventually, but I decided to make a journal cover today. See the complete tutorial by clicking the link.

After sewing the rows together, layering, machine quilting, and trimming to size, I pinned the sleeves and lining in place. Then sewed them down and turned it right side out. I like this little journal cover, and it's never too soon to start thinking about teacher gifts!

Then again, I might just have to keep this one for myself. I do love those tiny tumblers!
But I might have to make a few more...

Enjoy every stitch!
