5" Tumblers and a GIVE AWAY
I've spent lots of time sharing and talking (blabbing on and on) about my tiny tumblers. They have been super popular and lots of fun to work with. But every once in a while someone would ask me...Do you have a tumbler template for charm packs? And the answer was always...not yet. Until today!!!!
Introducing my brand new, custom designed, 5" tumbler template with half tumbler markings. I am so happy to share these with those of you who have been asking for them (and for those of you who just didn't know you wanted them yet! hahahaha)
They are perfectly sized to be used with charm packs, or five inch strips. They can be used with scraps, or with fat quarters. I'm going to have some cool samples to share with you over the next week or two. I am warning you now, that I just might have gotten a bit carried away with these, kind of like I did with the tiny tumblers. But what can I say? It's FUN!
If you would like to order one for yourself, you can do so here. If you would like to order more than a dozen just email here. If you would like to wait to order one with a pattern, those should be available shortly. Don't worry, I will announce it when that happens! (As if I could ever keep it a secret!)
SO, let the fun begin! I want to give this template to one of you!!! Tell me which charm pack you want to use this tumbler with and I'll choose a winner on Friday. Sound good?
Enjoy every stitch (and tumbler),
Diane

Harvest Moon by Kansas Troubles
ReplyDeleteIt feels like have been waiting months for the Midwinter Reds by Minick and Simpson to come out, but they are starting to trickle through to some stores. Your tumbler blocks look such a satisfying project, I would love to try out the template!
ReplyDeleteA couple of very pretty pastel packs I picked up from Tuesday Morning. Woul love to try the tumbler template. The tiny tumblers you have sewed together in this post look really nice.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a particular charm pack in mind, but I have a lot of children's prints that I use for baby quilts, and I love the idea of doing them in tumblers - much more interesting than squares. Thanks for the giveaway and for your inspiring blog!
ReplyDeleteVery cool! I would use it on a stack of my leftover charms. I have a whole bunch of them...mostly Moda of course! Teals, blues, burgundys and tans. It's been a stack for a while and this might be just the idea to get it started. Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI have some simple life, this would make a cute wall quilt with those :)

I have a couple of Comma, charm packs that I think would work great with your template. Thanks for the chance to win one.
ReplyDeleteWow!!! At last, a tumbler template I can use to actually make a completed quilt. Any reproduction (1800's or 1930's) charm pack by Moda will work just fine for me.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the little tumbler template - very cool! I can't wait to get my hands on the Floral Gatherings fabric (but will probably NEED more than a charm pack!).
