Brown Bag Quilt Blocks

ETA: Primitive Quilts and Projects Subscription Give Away is still open...scroll down to enter!

I know I've mentioned the paper bag exchange blocks before, so here are some of the results. We chose a fabric and a block to make, then we exchanged bags and made the same block from each person's fabric. The blocks above are mine and I just love them! I am still deciding how to set them. It is such a fun set of blocks to look at and think of my sweet friends who made the them.

These blocks belong to Anne. She chose a sweet little calico that was fun to play with. See how different the same blocks look in different fabric choices?

These blocks belong to Patsy. She only has half as many because she chose to switch fabrics half way through. I like her pretty batik and had fun choosing fabrics to go with it.

These blocks belong to Kathy. She had the sweetest blue print and we all know how much she loves blue and yellow, so I know she's going to have fun with these. The one that is missing is mine, I promise to get it made this week!

The other two sets are not complete, but I hope to be able to share photos of those when they are because they are really special too!

If you haven't ever participated in a block exchange, I would highly recommend it! Look how much fun we had.

Enjoy every stitch!
Diane
