Splish Splash

I made another Splash quilt. I wanted to have one of my own, since the original is with my mom. I chose to use batiks for this one and I'm happy with the overall result. I did try to quilt it to look like "water spashing" and I kind of think it looks more like I was "quilting under the influence" but it's fun and finished! LOL

You can find the pattern HERE in my Craftsy shop.

You can see the original version HERE in my earlier post. And just for fun leave a comment telling me which version you like better! I will choose a random comment by friday and send you a free PDF version of the pattern. It pays to read a whole post doesn't it? LOL

Enjoy every stitch!

  1. Love the 2nd one you made - love all the bright colors. But I also like the one you made for your mom and hey ... it was made with your Dad's shirts so you couldn't go wrong there either.

Thanks for the chance to win!!

  3. Love the story of your dad which connects the first quilt, but I do love the colorful version. No need to put me in the drawing- I've got a long enough list! lol
