1718 Coverlet Addiction

While my sewing machine was in for service and some TLC the last two weeks, I decided to sew a few of the patchwork blocks on my little travel machine. It worked just fine and I made good progress. I stitched two of the block above.

And I even started on the big center star. Smaller stars will go in the corners, but those haven't been tackled yet. I'm still deciding on the fabrics and procrastinating...

These are rows 4 and 5 sewn together. I am still working on the applique blocks that go on either end. I hope to have more photos to share next week as this quilt won't let me work on anything else! I have lots of the applique blocks prepped and ready to stitch.
