Since I was sick and not a good blogger last week, I have a few things to update now that I'm feeling better...
1. I organized/updated the links on my free tutorials page this weekend.
2. I read this book on Friday while I sipped tea and snuggled under a quilt. I loved it! It needs to be made into a movie. It's the perfect romantic comedy complete with crazy family, obnoxious roommate, unlucky girl who refuses to give up, and a guy who...well, I won't spoil it for you. Warning: This book is not rated G and will make you blush on a few occasions, but the characters are hilarious!
3. I may or may not have finished all the blocks of my 1718 Coverlet quilt, and I promise I will take photos soon!
4. I survived the first week of school and the kids seem to be adjusting well. (Better than me actually!)
5. I started making triangles and I can't seem to stop.
6. I spent quite a bit of time with these two. They are waiting for the treat jar to open. They sit at attention whenever someone even walks near the treat jar. If they hear the lid open, they will come running from the basement or upstairs. They are never too far away to hear the sound of the treat jar lid.
7. And this guy gave me lots of snuggles while I was sick. He also got lots of belly rubs in return. We understand each other so well.
Look how well behaved the dogs are - they definitely deserve a treat!!
