I tried a new pumpkin muffin recipe recently. I found it HERE. She has an easy printable version available. Their name is not an overstatement, they are the Best Ever Pumpkin Muffins. Just ask my kids.
Oh, and I heard on the news that there is going to be a pupmpkin shortage again this year due to the flooding in the pumpkin fields. So stock up on your cans of pumpkin now. I buy two every time I go to the store. We like our pumpkin around here.
