Weekend Workshop

How fun are those stripes!

I had a really fun time with the Battlefield Piecemakers Quilt Guild in Ringold GA on Saturday. We spent the day working on Under the Mistletoe.

My only regret is that I don't live closer to them, because I would enjoy being a part of their group on a regular basis!

They were all fun, fearless, and willing to try new things. They inspired me!

One quilter even HAND pieced her block when her machine decided not to work!

I may have had a little fabric envy going on when I walked by this stash of pretty little stacks!

I think they had as much fun as I did...look at those sweet smiles! Very advanced to beginner quilters all had success sewing-and-flipping and trimming and piecing precisely. And they have the blocks to prove it!

Thanks for a fun day!
Diane
