That was fun!

I drove to SC for a visit with the Prickly Fingers Quilt Guild and we had a great time! I spoke at the meeting in the morning and taught the Under the Mistletoe workshop in the afternoon. They gave me a delightful day filled with friendship, smiles, stitching, and a yummy lunch with homemade cookies!

This warm and cozy room filled with quilters was a great place to be on a 20 degree day with crazy winds! My sweet friend Sue (who's been my friend for over 20 years! We met as infants. LOL) Was there and lots of new friends now too! Special thanks to Barb for her hard work and delicious cookies!

I can't wait to see their quilts! Thanks for a great day everyone!

Stay warm and keep stitching!
Diane

  1. Oh I wish I were close enough to take your class; so i am challenging myself and ordered your "Under the Mistletoe" from your shop today...I just love that pattern...I've done a small amount of paper piecing so am looking forward to giving this the "old college try"! LOL hugs, Julierose
