A Heartfelt Thank You

I'm speechless, and that NEVER happens, just ask my husband.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the support and enthusiasm that would come my way following the publication of my book. There are so very many people that I need to thank, that I have already thanked, and that I will continue to thank for a very long time.

First, my blog hop hosts who went above and beyond in creating projects and photos and posts that will forever remain special to me. Their love and encouragement and enthusiasm was better than I dared to hope for and it really reflects what wonderful individuals all of them are. I am so blessed to call them friends.

Next, I need to thank a few folks at C&T who held my hand and encouraged me the most. Ruthmary, Lynn M., Alice and Ellen P. are not only great at their jobs, but they are nice to work with. Their emails and answers to my endless questions were more helpful than they will ever know.

My local friends who have encouraged me when I was uncertain, enthusiastically complimented my quilts, and made me laugh on the days when I was most tired and stressed. They are more important to me than they will ever know. The sheer number of friendly faces who have appeared at book signings and launch parties reminds me that I am truly surrounded by many, many amazingly creative, generous and kind hearted friends.

And most importantly, I want to sincerely thank EVERY SINGLE PERSON who had bought my book. Seeing the book hit #1 on Amazon within days on both the Best Seller and Hot New Release lists simply blew my mind. Really? You all did that for me? What can I even say?

THANK YOU doesn't begin to express what my heart feels. But it's the best I can do for now.

My Heartfelt thanks,
Diane

  1. My turn to thank you! From reading your blog posts about the book, I know it was a labor of love, but still a labor! It's a great book, and obviously written from a love of quilting and a heartfelt joy in teaching. I look forward to using it over the years as a source of reference and inspiration.

  3. Job well done. I have to say, I really liked that everyday you posted who was doing your review, instead of just putting up the list once. I got a change to visit a few new blogs and really got a good feel for your book. Congratulations.

I love to hear what you have to say, sadly, the spam has gotten ridiculous, so I will be approving comments from now on. I apologize for any inconvenience and I truly appreciate you taking the time to comment. Thanks for visiting and have a great day!
