Boundless Fabric 6" Bundle
I recently received this yummy bundle of happy mail! It's so wonderful, I had to share it with you! I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting fabrics that are being offered to quilters (because my stash is bound to run out in a few hundred years!) and this really caught my attention. Let me tell you why I like it so much...
The Packaging
I'll be the first to admit that gorgeous packaging and pretty colors with clever ribbons catch my eye. I am probably a marketer's dream! But seriously, and fabric that has the words written CUT OUT FOR HAPPINESS written right on the tag, makes me smile instantly.
The colors
Here's the whole rainbow of colors. Go ahead, just enjoy this photo for a while, I'll wait. Click on the photo for a closer look. These colors are so saturated and intense. They are also gorgeous rainbow shades. No primaries here, no pastels, and nothing boring !!
How does it feel?
My biggest hesitation about ordering fabrics online is that I can't feel them first. While almost all of my online purchased fabric has been fantastic, there have been a few that arrived a little 'stiff' or 'crunchy' and I'm not a fan of those when it comes to fabric.
I like a nice weave that's not too thick and not too thin. I want to be able to sew it without the seams shadowing through and press it nice and flat without too much resistance. This fabric is honestly just that perfect blend of a good weave with soft texture and great drape.
The Bonus!
My tumbler template fits nicely on this roll. While this fabric is available in other precut sizes, I like this roll because it gives me the option of strips or square. I already have a project planned and will share it soon. I just wanted you to know about this bundle of fun!

Happy stitching!

The fine print: I was not paid to write this post but Craftsy did supply the fabric free of charge. I wouldn't recommend any product I wouldn't be willing to purchase and all these opinions (as always) are entirely my own. I may receive a tiny bonus for some products purchased through this blog. Thanks for your support!
Oh yes ! These colours are amazing ! Perfect for an Amish quilt !! ;)
